2004 Allied Honoree of the Year presented to
Tri-State Window Cleaning, Inc. by Bruce Crowle of
Southern Connecticut BOMA.
Jim Grady accepted the award at the 2004 TOBY Awards gala
at the Inn at Longshore in Westport CT on October 14, 2004.

Jim Grady was recently appointed to the IWCCI Board of Trustees and will serve as Chairman of the Committee this year.

IWCA Board of Directors  President James Grady
Jim has been in business fifteen years. His firm does mid & high rise, route,
and residential window cleaning. He has been a member of the IWCA for eleven
years and has served on the board of directors for six years. He is also a member
of PWNA, BOMA and SWRI. Initiatives/directions he believes the IWCA should work
on are seeing through the I-14 process, implementation of a certification program and
a joint convention with the PWNA.
