Congratulations to our employees who are among the first to have successfully completed the IWCCI Certification program. Currently 124 companies representing over 2500 employees are enrolled in the certification institute.  Of these, only 10 window cleaners have completed the certification process, 7 of those being Tri-State employees.

   TRI-STATE WINDOW CLEANING, INC. is a Charter Member of the IWCCI (International Window Cleaner Certification Institute. The IWCCI was developed and created by the members and board of directors of the International Window Cleaning Association and is designed to take experienced workers and provide them with the educational materials to study toward achieving specific levels of certification. Through certification, window cleaners obtain the course content to learn the safe use of and understanding of chemicals, hand tools, ladders and all the equipment. Certification consists of course work, on the job training, and testing.

   TRI-STATE WINDOW CLEANING, INC. is also in full compliance with the ANSI/IWCA 1-14.1 Window Cleaning Safety Standard. This standard, developed in conjunction with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International and the rest of the window cleaning industry, is designed to regulate equipment used by window cleaners and is a compilation of industry best practices.
